The Premier Soccer League (PSL) and sponsor Nedbank hosted the quarterfinal draw straight after the round-of-16 match between Chippa United and Cape Town City and Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Sunday, 28 February.

Chippa claimed a 2-1 victory over City after an entertain 120 minutes.

Due to the CAF Champions League commitment, the Mamelodi Sundowns vs Polokwane City match initially scheduled for Saturday the 27th of February was postponed to Wednesday, 10 March 2021 at 15h00 at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.

Quarterfinal fixtures are as follows:

Black Leopards vs Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila

Chippa United vs Richards Bay

Cape Town All Stars vs Pretoria Callies

Mamelodi Sundowns/Polokwane City vs Orlando Pirates

The PSL will confirm final dates, kick-off times and venues in due course.
