Mamelodi Sundowns’s opponents for the inaugural CAF Women’s Champions League were revealed in a draw that took place today at CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.

Sundowns secured their qualification after confortably winning the CAFWCL Cosafa qualification tournament held in Durban.

The final tournament will take place in Cairo between 5 to 19 November  2021.

The opening game will feature hosts Wadi Degla FC, twelve times Egyptian champions and AS Mande, WAFU A qualifiers champions and three-time champions of Mali

Banyana ba Style were drawn in Group B.

Group A: Wadi Degla FC (Egypt), AS Mande (Mali), Malabo King’s (Equatorial Guinea), Hasaacas FC (Ghana)

Group B: Vihiga Queens FC (Kenya), Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies (South Africa), ASFAR FC (Morocco), Rivers Angels (Nigeria)
