Ajax Cape Town have finalized the signing of former Platinum Stars defender Isaac Nhlapo after he signed a pre-contract with the Urban Warriors back in January 2017.
Nhlapo, who has one Bafana Bafana cap, will officially become Ajax player from 1 July 2017 after his Stars contract expire at the end of June.
‘Lion’ – as he is affectionately referred to by his former teammates – joins new signing Sedwyn George and Leo Thethani ,who graduated from the club’s Youth Academy last week, as the new faces in our PSL squad.
Nhlapo told his new club website that the fans can expect only hard work.
“Hard work, hard work… non-stop.
“As a footballer you want to play, you want to play football and that is all. I want to do my best, the fans can expect hard work and dedication.” Said Nhlapo.
Nhlapo will join the rest of his teammates for pre-season on the 3rd of July.
