One of South Africa’s most exciting young football talents, Emile Witbooi has proudly partnered with Nike on a comprehensive deal, which includes a boot and apparel agreement.
The 17-year-old currently plies his trade for Cape Town City in the Motsepe Championship, and has already made history by becoming the youngest debutant in City’s history, while featuring prominently for the South African U17 and U20 national teams.
The deal with Nike – facilitated by Witbooi’s representative agency Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI) – will see the dynamic playmaker represent the brand on and off the pitch.
Witbooi is grateful to his prestigious agency Roc Nation Sports International for making the deal possible.
“Growing up, I always saw some of the world’s best players wearing Nike, and to now be part of that same legacy is incredibly motivating,” Witbooi commented.
“This partnership is more than just about boots and gear; it’s another significant step in my journey that will help me elevate as an athlete and reach the goals I’ve set for my career.
“I’m grateful to Nike for believing in my potential and to my team at Roc Nation Sports International for making this possible.”
With this signing, Witbooi joins a prestigious stable of athletes under the umbrella of Nike, a brand synonymous with footballing excellence and cultural icons.
