Kaizer Chiefs interim co-coach Arthur Zwane says his team is ready for Golden Arrows and plan to take the game to them when they clash in a DStv premiership on Wednesday afternoon.
Zwane and Dillon Sheppard, who replaced fired Gavin Hunt will lead Amakhosi in their last two DStv Premiership games against Golden Arrows and TS Galaxy.
“As a team, we will always be ready for every game,” Zwane told club media. The game of football is about results at this level. We are hoping that we will get maximum points.
“We have to take advantage of the fact that we are playing at home and we will take the game to them – we have no fear. We know that we are playing against a very good team who have nippy players, a good structure and a good coach too. We are looking forward to taking them head on. It won’t be easy, and we are not going to make it easy for them either.”
“We are in a situation which we all know is a difficult one to be in. We need to grind results. As you know we have not been doing well but it is part of the game where you win some and lose some. We are in a situation where we have to get maximum points at all costs. The boys are doing well at training and are looking forward to the game.”
Zwane confirmed that all players are available with the exception of only Siyabonga Ngezana who is suspended.
