AmaZulu FC have confirmed the signing of six players for the 2022/2023 season.
The Signings come after AmaZulu released as much as 15 players from their 2021/2022 squad.
The new recruites include former Orlando Pirates forward Gabadinho Mhango and former Kaizer Chiefs forward Dumisani Zuma who was released by Chiefs for disciplinary reasons.
They have insinuated that the move was necessitated by wanting to reduce the average age of the team. The average age of the new recruites is 25 years while the released players’ average age is 30.
The new recruits are:

2. Veluyeke Zulu Position: Centre-back Age: 27 Previous Club: Chippa United
3. Riaan Hanamub (Namibian) Position: Defender Age: 27 Previous Club: Chippa United
4. Dumisani Zuma Position: Winger/Striker Age: 27 Previous Club: Kaizer Chiefs
5. Augustine Kwem (Nigerian) Position: Forward Age: 24 Previous Club: TS Galaxy
6. Gabadinho Mhango (Malawi) Position: Striker Age: 29 Previous Club: Orlando Pirates
