Kaizer Chiefs are the Champions of the 2024/25 DStv Diski Challenge with a match to spare following a 3-0 victory over Magesi FC at Dobsonville Stadium on Saturday morning.
Amakhosi must have gone into the penultimate fixture on a high after they were awarded three points by the Premier Soccer League Disciplinary hearing (PSL DC) after Chippa United was found guilty of failing to honour fixture against Chiefs on February 1, 2025. The match was awarded to Kaizer Chiefs with a 3-0 scoreline.
Imaad Hendricks scored a first half goal to give Amakhosi a 1-0 at the break.
Nkosana Mbuthu added the second goal before Thulani Mabaso made it 3-0 to confirm Amakhosi as champions.
Amakhosi have clinched their first ever DDC champions having collected 67 points from 27 games.
