Ezemvelo WFC and University of Cape Town (UCT) have been promoted to the Hollywood Bets Super League following their victories in the semi-finals of the Sasol League National Championship today in Knysna.
Kwa-Zulu Natal side, Ezemvelo WFC only needed a single goal to advance to the final following a 1-0 victory over Limpopo’s Ramatlaohle Ladies in the first semi-final.
The second semi-final was more straight forward as Western Cape’s UCT Ladies conquered the battle of the Universities with a commanding 4-0 victory over Free State University, Kovsies FC.
Ezemvelo will clash with UCT in the final on Sunday at 11:30. Both sides will be hoping to be crowned the champions of the Sasol League for 2024.
