Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates players dominate a strong Carling All-Star team to take on Carling Knockout champions Stellenbosch FC at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium on 6th of January 2024.
Olisa Ndah Kermit Erasmus, Ashley du Preez and Itumeleng Khune will start for the Carling All-Star team after hundreds of thousands of champion fans made their voices heard for the new format of the 2023/2024 Carling Black Label Cup.
Fans were able to vote for their favourite players from across the DStv Premiership and DStv Diski Challenge teams to form the real-life fantasy team that is the Carling All-Stars.
Erasmus was the most votes, receiving 39 691 votes with Du Preez a close second
with 38 766 votes.
AmaZulu FC are the other team represented in the All Stars team with Ramahlwe Mphahlele as well Diski Challenge players in Siphamandla Zikhal and Masibonge Ngidi.
The Carling All-Star team will be led by Orlando Pirates coach, Jose Riveiro after he received the most votes from the fans.
