Chippa United have confirmed that they have parted ways with Head Coach Dan Malesela with immediate effect.
Malesela, who was on his second spell with United was fired after only three games in charge. He drew one game and and lost two.
United did not waste time in replacing Maselesa as they confirmed the appointment of Eric Tinkler in the same press release that confirmed the firing of Maselesa.
Tinkler has signed a one-year contract with an option to renew and will start with immediate effect.
Coincidentally, Tinkler’s first game in charge of United will be against his former side, SuperSport United.
