The Premier Soccer League Dispute Resolution Chamber (PSL DRC) has officially declared Cape Town Spurs “Diamond” Asanele Velebayi a free agent.
Velebayi took Spurs to the PSL DRC arguing that the club ought to release him from his current professional contract following the Urban Warriors’ relegation to ABC Motsepe amateur League.
Velebayi is now free to join a club of his choice, thought to be Kaizer Chiefs.
