Ubuntu Cape Town FC have confirmed the signing of Zimbabwean 20-year old attacking midfielder, Bukhosi Sibanda from Bantu Rovers in Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League.
Sibanda, who was captain of his zimbabwean side and the current Castle Lager Premier Soccer League leading goalscorer with 10 goals in 16 games joins Ubuntu on a 3-year contract.
Ubuntu Coach Roger Links is excited to have signed a quality player in Sibanda.
“I believe we have signed one of Zimbabwe’s top young talent,” said Links.
“We have secured a player who will bring pace, creativity and goals to the team. While our time together has been limited, Bukhosi has already brought a vibrant energy to the group.
“He is a confident and intelligent young man and I believe he will develop even more during his time at Ubuntu Cape Town.” Added Links
Sibanda said he is happy to join Ubuntu and looking forward to working hard for the team.
