Sekhukhune Confirm Five New Signings

Sekhukhune United have announced the signing of five new players, including Ivory Coast international goalkeeper.

Babina Noko released a media statement confirming the following signing.

1. Thamsanqa Masiya from Baroka FC. He was born in Mamelodi on the 17th of September 1996. Masiya played for South Africa National Under-17 team and Under-20 National Team (Amajita).

2. Center back Lesego Sebetlela (23), known as “Mish” joins from MM Platinum. He was crowned the player of the tournament during the ABC Motsepe League Play-offs that were recently played in Potchefstroom.

3. A 23-year old Congolese Defender Trésor Tshibwabwa Yamba Yamba joins from Zambia’s topflight side Red Arrows.

4. Forward Wonderboy Makhubu (25), known as “Morata” joins from Baroka FC after spending part of last season on loan at University of Pretoria. Morata previously played for Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila in Limpopo.

5. Ivory Coast international goalkeeper Badra Ali Sangaré (36) joins from JDR Stars. He started his football career with Académie J-M Guillou. Sangre participated in the 2019 and 2022 African Cups of Nations hosted by Egypt and Cameroon, respectively.
