Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the appointment of Romain Folz as first team’s Assistant Coach.
The former Marumo Gallant and AmaZulu coach joins a strong Technical team of Manqoba Mngqithi, Steve Komphela, Wendell Robinson and Kennedy Mweene.
Folz joins Masandawana from FIFA’s High-Performance Department where he worked on the development of football. He holds a UEFA Pro License has previously worked in South Africa and across Africa in Guinea, Botswana, and Ghana.
He already joined his new club at the camp in Austria where they are on a pre-season camp.
