Venda Football Academy have confirmed the appointment of Michael Loftman as their new Head Coach ahead of the 2022/2023 GladAfrica Championship season.
The 32-year-old comes in as a replacement of Johnny Ferreira who was let go at the end of last season.
Loftman, who previously worked as head coach of at Orlando Pirates’ Diski Challenge team as well as first-team performance analyst, will be assisted by former Mamelodi Sundowns and Moroka Swallows defender Luvhengo Mungomeni, former Black Leopards stopper Azwindini Maphaha will be his goalkeeper coach.
Last season’s assistant coach, Rowan Hendricks has been appointed Head of Youth Development.
