Mamelodi Sundowns, JVW FC and First Touch Academy maintained perfect start to their season with victories over Durban Ladies, Golden Ladies and Ma-Indies Ladies respectively in week two of the SAFA National Women’s League on Saturday afternoon.
Both three teams are on six points with Sundowns replacing JVW at the top of log because of better goal difference.
Four teams, Coal City Wizards, Durban Ladies, Ma-Indies and Golden Ladies remain pointless after two defeats.
Sundowns came back from a goal down to claim a 3-1 victory away to Durban ladies with goals from Lelona Daweti, Melinda Kgadieta and Andisiwe Mgcoyi.
A brace by the legendary Mpumi Nyandeni sealed a 2-1 victory for JVW against Golden ladies.
First touch Academy came back from a goal down to claim a 2-1 victory over Limpopo rival Ma-Indies Ladies.
