Sekhukhune United head coach Brandon Truter believes Orlando Pirates go into the Nedbank Cup final as clear favorites.
Pirates head coach has embraced the favourites tag due to the stature of the Buccaneers compared to the newbies Sekhukhune United.
“It’s not secret that Orlando Pirates are favourites to win the Cup,” Truter said at the Nedbank Cup conference.
“Looking at their form, also, Pirates have already won the MTN8 this season, and you saw their performance against AmaZulu last weekend. I mean, they beat AmaZulu 4-0.
“So from our side, we just going to soak up the pressure and hope to catch them on the counter-attack.
“We know that they go all out in attack because that is what has been working for them in recent games, and we just gonna have our players behind the ball.”
The Nedbank Cup final take place at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Saturday. Kickoff is at 18:00.
