Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane is “willing and hoping” Amakhosi will start converting all the chances they create very soon.
Magethe’s comments come after his team created countless chances against ten-man AmaZulu on Sunday but only managed to convert one of them.
Coach Zwane believes the only thing he can do as a coach to help the players convert their chances is to prepare them mentally.
”Finishing plays a huge role and it’s important to prepare players mentally to be composed inside the box,” Zwane told the club’s official website.
“We did a bit of that because we don’t have much time. We are dealing with seasoned campaigners here and the only thing you can do, more than anything, is to help them mentally to recover (from missing chances). The rest will follow and things will change for the better.
“There will come a time when we’ll convert all the chances we create. We are just willing and hoping for it. It will come very soon.”
Zwane will be hoping they start converting their chances tonight when they visit Swallows FC at Dobsonville Stadium. Kick-off is at 19:30
